  Heritage Sub-Division on Old Strauss
  The Vinyl Fence on Old Strauss looks very nice and I am greatful for it but I was wondering…. why wasn’t it given the same design as the vinyl fence leading to Old Clark. i.e the different levels.

  In most areas, the PID attempts to replace side yard fences only and with the 6 foot privacy fence. If there is a specific request by the homeowner or community, due to a walkway or pedestrian crossing, then we may use a different approach. In that specific area, we felt the privacy fences were the best fit.
