Special height restrictions will be addressed at the corner clip, due to height visibilty requirements and electrical poles. Notification lettes to the residents living alongside that alley are in the works. Special thanks to the many residents who attended the meeting and/or voiced their thoughts at the meeting or through emails. I hope there was some community input on this project. I look forward to having a fence (preferably the 6 foot security fence) and a Creekside monument/landscaping.
