We work with the police department, our management company, Cornerstone, and Future Fence to ensure that the graffiti is cleaned up as soon as possible. It looks like it is being done by children walking home from school. What can be done to discourage this behavior? I think putting the sidewalk next to the fence was part of the problem. Future fences need to consider this and place a grass median next to the fence and the sidewalk on the curb. Also there is graffit in the gazebo. Graffiti all around does not invite the families we want in our neighborhood to come. Who is responsible for the gazebo. It needs some paint and repair?
