It would have to be open to listening to the children currently in the education system as well. Children is the best source to describe what is good for them and what can help them learn and achieve. I think longer hours in classrooms and tutoring that's not time specific - Ex: only before school (45 min) or after school with written approval first. Children should have tutoring FREE of charge - even on the weekends - if permissable for parents.</description>
