Notice of Annual High Pointe Residents’ Meeting and Board Election, 
Cedar Hill Public Improvement District # 1 at High Pointe (HPPID)

 

The Board of Directors of the Cedar Hill Public Improvement District #1 at High Pointe (HPPID) will conduct its 2007 – 2009 Board Election and Annual  Residents’ Meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2007.  The Board Election will be conducted between 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and the Annual Residents’ Meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., High Pointe Baptist Church,  101 High Pointe Lane, Cedar Hill. TX 75104.  The Annual Residents’ Meeting is a regularly scheduled meeting of the HPPID Board of Directors and is for the purpose of reporting on HPPID’s accomplishments in the 2006-2007 fiscal (budget) year as well as plans for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.   Additional presentations include an update on HPPID’s security camera pilot program and Cedar Hill Police Department’s “Sex Offender Monitoring Program“.  Citizen’s Forum will also be conducted.  Results of the HPPID Board Election will be announced at the meeting’s conclusion.  The agenda will be  available on Friday, September 7, 2007, on the HPPID web site at http://highpointeinfo.org.   The meeting is open to the public and all High Pointe residents are invited.  The meeting location is accessible to the handicapped.  Additional information is available by email to info@highpointeinfo.org or HPPIDInfo@aol.com, or from the HPPID Blog at https://hppid.wordpress.com.
